Cherry Malawi x The Flav(pictured above)
This Cherry Malawi (Kingdom Organic Seeds) male has performed well in every cross I’ve seen so far. I have high hopes for this one too. He was a tall and sturdy heavy pollen producer with a subtle cherry smell.
The mother was an absolutely gorgeous pheno of The Flav (TGA Subcool Seeds). She smelled 100% like candy, a mix of skittles and watermelon jolly ranchers in my opinion. A big yielder at about 9.5 weeks, with heavy trichome production. She was slightly sensitive to hot conditions, and performed best in moderate/slightly cooler environments. Overall an amazing plant that I wish I still had around.
So the Cherry Malawi is half land race, and should add some overall vigor. Hopefully help a bit with the heat sensitivity too. I really do have high hopes for this cross and much love and respect to the people who worked on the parent strains. These are untested so there’s always the risk that something could go wrong , but I really think it’ll have some real lovely phenos in there. I’ll be testing these soon and hopefully making some F2’s.
