Berry Shiatsu
(Shiatsu Kush x Plushberry)
The Shiatsu Kush comes originally from Japan and was developed to work in conjunction with acupuncture treatments. I got it awhile back from BC Bud depot. The Plushberry is from TGA Subcool seeds. Nothing but respect to all of the people that have worked on these two strains.
I took pollen from two almost identical Shiatsu Kush males that had nice overall structure and nodal spacing and smelled very sweet in a very unique way reminiscent of honeysuckle, peas and mint. I hit a lovely Plushberry female with it and testing has revealed some lovely phenos in this cross. The Plushberry mother was very sweet smelling, a mix of berries and funky gas. She was a big producer and showed a decent bit of purple in flower. A potent plant with a couch lock effect for sure, and one that can help a lot with insomnia.
Berry Shiatsu is a big beautiful couch lock dominant plant, with a very unique aroma and terpene profile. It’s a mix of the honeysuckle minty funk from the Shiatsu side and berries and flinstones vitamins from the Plushberry side. She’s a solid yielder that’s done at about 7.5-8 weeks. If you push her much further than that she won’t be happy. An easy to grow plant that loves a good bit of nitrogen during veg, and pretty light on the bloom nutrients, especially mid to late flower. She’s a couch lock dominant plant for sure, and is great for winding down and helps me with insomnia. Happy hunting and much love to all of the connoisseurs out there!
