Here at The Sanctum we strive to provide quality gear to the people that seek it. In our company, we want you to feel safe and most of all, important! Too often have we witnessed the predatory nature of the industry towards others. So here we are to try and offset that a little bit :) It may not be much but every little bit counts if you ask us! Being a "jack of all trades" allows us to keep cost down and the comfort level with your transaction up. We try to do everything ourselves here in The Sanctum or bring in friends and family so they may help and grow with us, TOGETHER. We firmly believe its entirely possible to be successful in the world today without selling our morals, beliefs or even our very souls to the highest bidder! We take pride in honesty and feel customer service is hands down, the MOST important aspect of the business world! If for some reason you are not pleased with ANYTHING please reach out and give us a chance to fix it :) We will try and do our best to remedy any problems or concerns you may have.
