Absolutely amazing follow through and concern for the transaction... we had an issue with the shipping (no fault of Ben10inches) and my order eventually arrived about 3 weeks after he shipped it out to me... it was so late that we both had assumed the order was MIA, but at week 2 the vendor set about immediately making things right with me, in which he went well above and beyond. All's well that ends well, but know this: This guy is an honest person, completely of his word, and a problem solver. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to do business with him again. On a scale of 1 to 10, this guy rates an 11.
