I’ve been back and forth with this seller over the last few months. Their original package was shipped overnight via USPS and showed up 6 days late and was thus unviable. From the get go, the buyer was both hostile and accusatory for this mishap we both agreed was at the fault of the post office. Even after that, I was offering to send out new clones, at my own expense, while also telling the purchaser that it would still be best to ask for a refund from USPS for their mistake. The buyer had no interest, sent a payment for shipping a replacement package and I was unable to send out as I originally hoped. As a gardener, these types of inventory replacements take time, and the viability of my crop was in no condition to be sent out. After this was communicated, as well as the earnest to hopefully send a replacement as soon as possible, I also again restated asking for a refund from USPS and offered a refund for second shipping payment, to which requests the seller denied. Since, I have been very inactive, locked out of my account and unable to respond in a timely manner. The hostility and lack of understanding and flexibility of this seller has unacceptable, and I would err on the side of caution when dealing with them.
