I totally messed up and did not ship this order until he emailed me and asked if i had shipped it a week after it should have been there. I got it sent out that same day and he just let me know it arrived safely today. A lot of people wouldnt have handled it as cool as Rich, so it was a huge breath of fresh air and much appreciated.
