1974 Gainesville Green clone only

The legendary 1974 Gainesville Green, part of the “Red, Black, Green haze” combo from the old school Florida Strains

We’ve had this strain grown by prominent growers, a few with a die hard following from their provenance of cup wins. This strain is UNMISTAKABLE, and we’ve let her loose several times over the last 10 years. Everyone says it’s that tropical, acidic, rotten grapefruit/lime/pineapple/guava with a heavy floral dose and a vegetive crisp sharp sativa taste and smell.

She is a pure Panamanian landrace (green) sativa that whole having the full ability to grow to immense sizes, she can also be flowered relatively short and kept bushy and her yield is a much stronger and more dense nug formation than most landrace tropical sativas.

She will burst sideways with branches, immensely, but give the ability to get tall she’ll gladly get as tall as you let her. Yield is quite decent around 1.7-2.0lbs per KW. She can flower just under 70 days. The smell is overpowering in the garden. If you brush up against her buds your whole garden will reek of rotten tropical fruit like guava, grapefruit, pineapple and lime with a very sharp acidic floral but also vegetal smell and flavor. The smell is one of a kind and anyone who smoked the real deal back in the day in Florida will never ever forget the smell. Out of all of the growers who’ve grown her say she’s the most pungent smell they never forgot from even visiting Florida and smoking her.

Several large scale and prominent growers who’ve grown our cut say she’s a sweat inducing, heart pounding, racing head high effect and can create paranoia even in veteran smokers. These guys were decades into the business in Southern California who swear by this strain.

She’s a gem we’ve let loose a couple times and nothing but people ecstatic with the electric punch and one of a kind smell and flavor.
