I have been cultivating for nearly 20 years. My focus is on finding plants that can help me to heal and create. For me that can mean many things. Most often it means they aid my meditation, yoga, and qi gong practices. But healing can come in many forms; through a simple feeling of well-being, activation of the higher faculties, physical relaxation, etc. I am also an artist/musician and is a great source of inspiration in those endeavors.

My intention here is to connect with others and help support one another as we seek the wisdom and guidance of the sacred plant.
