What is amazing to me, is how LOUD, the scents are, as I scope them. Extraction running full blast, I’m still fighting off the INTENSE smell as I scope them. Hell I had to walk away a couple of times, as it just so stinky!
Each one has it’s own scent profile, they all gag you! LOL!!
The #1 plant, is the softest scent, very pie smelling leaning more to a limey/lemon scent, with a very slight undertone of rubber.
Plant #2, she is more in your face, she has more smell, more cherry, lime to me, with a wiffy of pie or cookies blended in there, but strong scents, faint shaving cream, like scope a while, then run out for bit.
Plant #3, (my fav) I get maybe 5-7 seconds until my stomach started to do floppies, and I had to leave that area.
I’ve not smelled that much burning rubber, since running Thai plants a few years ago now. Her stench makes me love her so much more!
I made the Tropicanna Cookies x Herijuana F1s and then ran 30 seeds of those. To my surprise, about 85% (16/19) of the females have a "perfume" type smell that finishes as a mango smell/taste which stays through the dry/cure. I am not talking about a faint hint of mangoes, but this shit reeks of mangoes. I have kept a male and female cut of the F1s, made F2s and flower the F1 female out like it is my fucking religion. I have used the male and female in several hybrids.
Meangene sent me a bag of 22 seeds labelled Cherry West Bc. These were some of my favorite plants that I have grown from Meangene's work and I have ran quite a bit of it. I wasn't really sure of what to expect, not really knowing the lineage of the cultivar at all. The smells/flavors of the F1 plants ranges from cherry to cherry limeade and everything in between. Absolutely beautiful plants, with gorgeous flowers. The male that I kept to work with has a similar structure and smell to my favorite females out of the population.
I used my MANGO cut of Tropicanna Cookies x Herijuana and pollinated it with pollen from my Cherry West Bc male. This hybrid should have the ability to produce some really unique plants, with some ridiculously amazing terpene profiles.

Cherry West has a lot of terpinolene funk, but it’s one of the few plants with the turpentine funk that JackWreck haters still tend to love! The Bx lineage is Cherry West x (Cherry West x Cherry Limeade). Cherry West #10 is the specific mother plant but since there is only one Cherry West plant I don’t bother with the #10 in the name anymore. Some of the plants are runty looking weirdos, but you can tell which ones they are by the time they’re a foot tall and the is still dank on them (they’re just not worth giving a big space to grow into). I’ve called this one Cherry15 in the past.
CW finishes outdoor in early September–most of the seeds from the backcross finish in late September from what we’ve seen–but there are some that finish even earlier. The flavor is all exotic fruit with funk that smells like different fruit to different people. It’s the closest terp profile to the Candelabra plant I had back in the day, which I used to half jokingly say has 10,000 flavors–so expect lots of exotic colors and flavors in this one!

Zap F2s:
I took pollen from all of my males and mixed it and pollinated 1-3 branches on all of my females for a controlled "open pollination" to make F2s.
So much about the Zap plants reminded me of Mexican import from back in the day. Very thin leaves, beautiful smells/tastes that all are mostly melons of some sort, with one of my favorite females being almost watermelon. Flowering times for the F1s, from seed and cuts were kind of all over the place, with the majority of females finishing around 11-13 weeks, with some outliers on both sides of that spectrum.
