For the first time since 2009, we are releasing the pure, non hybrid 1981 Skunk that out now 73 year old owner has decided to let loose for 4th of July.
This is a very large, tall and stretchy plant. If flowered at 1.5’ tall she will get to 5.5-6’ tall when finished.
Pure, unadulterated rotten egg/sulfur with a mineral ammonia tinge to it. It’s beyond foul smelling and you’ll need a large carbon filter or several smaller carbon filters. This is one of the two skunks that have been held tightly by our founder who’s now in his 70’s.
Flowering is 84-88 days.
We like to stay on the earlier side for the heady racy feeling. She’s commercially ready by 81 days. 84 is the golden spot. For full flavor and full swell, you can go 86 or even 88 days before it’s over ripe. 88 days is on the verge of over ripe but that’s when the most intense smells come out. Though that might be too foul to partake in.
